B. suggests that an adequate account of the polarity reversal in sentences like 'There isn't anyone in this camp who wouldn't rather be in Montpelier' (compare with 'He wouldn't rather be in Montpelier') does not require reference to the notion of entailment but to the notion of presupposition.
