Annotation
On the assumption that sentences consist of two constituents, a presupposition and an assertion, B.-L. (i) reduces the projection problem for presuppositions to a well-known property of presuppositions, (ii) systematizes intersentential relations dependent on presupposition and negation, and (iii) analyzes certain syntactic structures and lexical items in terms of these relations.
