Discourse psychology examines the cognitive procedures, representations, and processes involved in discourse comprehension and production; quantitative discourse psychology (QDP) builds statistical, mathematical and computational models simulating such cognitive dimensions. Five research projects are introduced, illustrating the conceptual advance of the QDP endeavor.
