The author mainly deals with the effects of sense produced by the enunciation of a statement. Though the procedure is essentially hermeneutic, two forms, i.e. 'national' and 'étranger', are used. The procedure therefore will consist of considering an effect of sense produced by the functioning of 'national', 'étranger' and expressible in terms of the "création d'une absence de lieu de parole".
