This special issue focuses on the process in which the different ways of perceiving and meaning genders are constructed in women’s magazines (studying different sections, like editorials, and sections of advice and communicative recipes offered by women’s magazines to their readers, but also different procedures, like narratives, advices, etc.) and how these processes determine the social place of the “feminine”.
