C. describes the view that (a) 'M undertakes an obligation to do A' unambiguously implies (b) 'M has an obligation to do A which he takes upon himself to fulfil' and that, a fortiori, it unambiguously implies (c) 'M has an obligation to do A', as the commitment-obligation fallacy.
