C. starts with an account of some aspects of the underlying structure of the language of action, by exhibiting the relationships between such basic types of units as formulations of commands, requests, advice, etc.; formulations of resolve; and norms, rules, and assertions about oughts, rights, wrongs, etc. This is used as a basis for answering the question in what sense statements about obligations, rights, wrongs, oughts, and their denials, are true or false.
