Annotation

C. argues that notions such as `script' and `schema' as they are mostly used in research involve a conception of knowledge of the social world that is idealized and adult-based, and that, if they are used in research on child-communication, they should be adapted to the child's life-world. He then studies children playing among peers, in order to determine the relevant themes of their interactional scripts.
