Annotation

In line with Whorf's hypothesis about linguistic relativity of the perception of `reality', the author examines the way in which our perception of social reality can be seen as determined or `biased' by certain recurrent grammatical patterns in language. Contrastive analysis of data from English and Tagalog (Philippines).
