Annotation
S. argues that mass (i.e. the notion of generality and unboundedness) is expressed in Cahuilla (an Uto-Aztecan language of Southern California), not by morpho-syntactical marking, but by a selection restriction between a noun and one out of a particulargroup of verbs.
