An attempt at setting up a language-understanding system for accepting natural language sentences. It is conceived from a procedural viewpoint, and forms unambiguous explications of the information contained in the input sentence, with respect to temporal and spatial aspects. The analysis focuses on (Dutch) predicates expressing motion.
