This study investigates (embodied) procedures for disagreement turns in children's games performed by fifth grade working class girls from Central American and African American backgrounds. Turn tokens in disagreement turns for instance include (response) cries, gestures and re-enactment of a 'foul' move and they display ethnic differences.
