Annotation
This study which investigates how power is exercised through language in educational administration, shows that out-group interests are readily compromised and generalizes from this particular use of discursive power to the treatment of other culturally different, ill-represented minorities, recommending how to exercise discursive power more honestly in social institutions and in public administration.
