Annotation

This comparison of data from Pennsylvania German collected in the 1940s and in the late 1970s and 1980s, shows that a Matrix Language turnover is underway, as convergence, due to language contact, contains a change in the selection of the language which defines the morpho-syntactic frame involved in language production.
