Annotation

This paper analyzes three strategies of value mismatch-compensating behavior in intercultural, in casu Scandinavian-Hispanic negotiation, i.e.: avoidance, assertiveness and accomodation. Cultural values in a dialogic format also represent value oppositions, three of which are particularly relevant here, viz. high vs. low emotive, people-oriented vs. task-oriented and universalist vs. particularist.
