This book which criticizes certain forms of qualitative analysis, like the ethnographic one, presents its own qualitative approach, focusing on issues of validity and reliability. The three major sections include an overview of theoretical and methodological concerns; an analysis of the four main methods of qualitative research; and a discussion of the issues of validity and reliability.
