Annotation

This paper contains three brief comments on Jones' recommendations for restructuring (syllabus design in) Brunei bilingual education. First, these recommendations apply to a national education system; second, the proposition to delay science teaching in English needs further scrutiny; and third, the success of the proposals depends on sufficient teacher supply.
