This book consists of five sections, the first of which provides motives for considering restriction on group defamation. Section II deals with racist language, racist action and the need for legislation. Section III comments on existing and proposed legislation proscribing group defamation internationally, and in Canada, Israel and Australia. Section IV deals with group defamation and the US amendment on freedom of speech; and section V discusses the implementation of defamation restrictions in US legislation.
