Annotation

This study describes how Turkish and Moroccan adults acquire Dutch possessive HAVE- clauses, within the framework of recent generative theory in which HAVE-clauses are considered as copular locative constructions. The results confirm the conservation effect of both parametrized and non-parametrized linguistic knowledge.
