Annotation

This study presents two experiments that explored the effect of single-modality and bimodal presentation on word learning, as measured by both improvements in spoken word recognition and recognition memory in native and advanced nonnative English speakers. Prior bimodal presentation increased recognition memory for spoken words and nonwords in both experiments.
