Annotation

This study proposes to show the efficiency of the rhyming module of the Promoting Awareness of Sounds in Speech (PASS) curriculum, designed specifically for preschool children with speech and language impairments. The findings suggest that explicit instruction helps these children to develop phonological awareness skills and this at an earlier stage than typically judged to be therapeutically appropriate.
