This paper deals with issues related to the planning of short-term language teaching projects. Described issues include: the expectations of interested client groups; conflicting instructional paradigms; theoretical notions; and program and curriculum enhancement through multi-level assessment of students, student feedback, institutional resources and classroom activities.
