Annotation

This study presents two experiments that investigate whether infants of 2 months old might actually use prosody to organize and remember spoken information. The obtained evidence that prosodic organization of speech into clausal units indeed enhances infants' memory for spoken information, is discussed with regard to its implications for theories of language acquisition.
