This study deals with fallacies, errors, faults, illicit attacks and blunders of questioning and replying to questions. Examples of tricky, argumentative questions are drawn from parliamentary debates and other everyday cases of argumentation. Fallacy is conceived of as an argumentative technique, abused in the given case to hinder the rules of a normal, reasonable dialogue.
