This article explores the persuasive work that can be accomplished by a lawyer during expert medical cross-examination, and demonstrates how a lawyer can present the jury with a point-by-point narrative critique and counterversion of the witness’ conclusions, and can obtain the witness’ agreement with this critique and counterversion.
