Annotation
This book asserts that conflicts, which arise when ‘human differences become an issue’, can often be resolved via the intervention of a trained professional, and provides an expanded and pragmatic definition of peace. The technique, proposed for conflict resolution, is technically called ‘systemic social constructionism’, also known as the ‘communication perspective’.
