Littlejohn, Stephen W. and Kathy Domenici. 2001. Engaging Communication in Conflict. SAGE Publications.
Annotation
This book asserts that conflicts, which arise when ‘human differences become an issue’, can often be resolved via the intervention of a trained professional, and provides an expanded and pragmatic definition of peace. The technique, proposed for conflict resolution, is technically called ‘systemic social constructionism’, also known as the ‘communication perspective’.
