This book on the uses of humor in the classroom, addressing an audience of teachers/practitioners, consists of two major parts, the first of which, entitled 'The meaning of laughter', deals with a theoretical rationale, whilst the second, entitled 'Developing a comic style', more directly handles teachers' applications of humor.
