A previous crosslinguistic study [J. Pragmatics 34 (2002) 1757] revealed that during family dinner conversations, both parents and children in Swedish families had considerably more comments on others' socio-moral behavior. The aim of the present paper is to further examine which family members make the comments and to whom, what issues are raised and what reactions follow on these comments.
