Annotation

This study examines whether the changes in the educational context of Arabic as a second language teaching in Israeli schools, including teaching spoken Arabic rather than Modern Standard Arabic and lowering the starting age of instruction, influence students' attitudes towards that language, its speakers and culture, and their motivation to study the language.
