Annotation

Brief outline of a universal pragmatics (including notions such as speech act and illocutionary force) which is the rational reconstruction of the general structures of speech exhibiting the communicative competence of the adult speaker. The structures of speech are said to reflect the intuitive distinctions between the objectivity of external nature, the normative character of society, the intersubjectivity of language and the subjectivity of internal nature.
