Annotation

This paper discusses how the almost extinct (Chinese) "Hakka" dialect in Hong Kong is generally not considered as part of the traditional Hong Kong culture, but as an impediment for the acquisition of Hong Kong identity, which almost equals adoption of Cantonese language and culture.
