Annotation

This paper on Tungusic language loss, discusses how only drastic positive national and international intervention could secure language maintenance and save the Tungusic language in and through the only two potentially viable Tungusic speaking groups: the Manchu-speaking Sibe (Xibo) in Xinjiang and the Ewenki-speaking Solon (Ewenke) in Northern Inner Mongolia (Western Manchuria).
