Annotation

It is argued that the specification of attributional processes uncovered via detailed analysis of children's interaction can influence the adequacy of theories regarding cognitive processes, by, for instance, locating competences which such theories should be able to explain. This argumentation is linked to ‘theory of mind’ studies, discursive psychology and Vygotskyan psychology.
