Annotation

This study explores the development of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) across various European contexts, positioning the research within the wider domain of 21st century bilingual education. Employing the 4Cs analysis framework, it is argued that for CLIL research to ‘mature’, it must be able to identify CLIL-specific issues whilst using a much broader reference frame.
