Annotation

This paper demonstrates that in opening sequences in hellp calls to a national Australian "Kids Help Line," the call takers' only offer an organizational identification and philosophy of caring and listening. It is then discussed how callers formulate their reasons for calling, state that they have no solution to the problem and ask for counseling advice.
