This volume presents a bibliography and research database, ranging from 1788 up to the present, with regard to languages in Australia and New Zealand, covering topics such as the interaction of dominant English with indigenous and non-English migrant languages, language maintenance, change and death, psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic research, language (in education) policies and sign language.
