Annotation

This analysis demonstrates that interaction during the early phases of child emergency calls is distinctively geared towards the production of a ‘thick-enough’ description of the reported troublesome events. These results are discussed in terms of the methodological problem of how contextual characteristics can enter into interaction analytic institutional exchange accounts.
