Annotation

This paper brings into focus specific signs made up by both words and gestures that contain a dialectical, indivisible unit, that answers to a double verbal and visual signifier. It explores gesture repetition within and across biology lessons addressing the same conceptual topic, and works it out as a special example of sign iteration.
