Annotation

This article explores two collections of early institutional corpora, the Huthwaite and Sizewell Corpus, as indicators of the behaviour and language use of skilled negotiators, thus presenting the possibility of data-assisted training in negotiating. But access to authentic data and bottom-up training might reveal the boardroom ideology and threaten the institutions themselves.
