This paper presents two key points with regard to metaphorical expressions including proper names. The general point made is that their behavior matches better the class-inclusion than the correspondence metaphor model. More specifically, it is stated that these metaphors have cultural dimensions that present particular difficulties for the by Lakoff and associates proposed correspondence metaphor model.
