Annotation

This paper focuses on the differences between themes for describing (un)satisfying patient-health professional hospital interactions according to a thematic analysis, and the predictive value of Communication Accommodation Theory in distinguishing between satisfying and unsatisfying patient-health professional hospital encounters.
