Annotation

After the thematical coding of the best or worst workplace communicative behaviours and goals, according to superiors and subordinates, employing a system based on Communication Accommodation Theory, the findings of this study demonstrate that superiors and subordinates have similar beliefs concerning best-case communication yet more varying beliefs concerning worst-case communication.
