Annotation

Given the renewed interest in English as a foreign or second language pronunciation teaching, this study reviews recent related insights from different fields, especially into the pragmatics of language use and language acquisition, which emphasize the significance of greater prefabricated units for a more holistic perspective on pronunciation teaching.
