Annotation

This study explores the impact of conflict resolution and related social skill development on the meta-cognitive abilities of fourth-and fifth-grade elementary school students in the Philadelphia and a neighboring urban School District. The results confirm the usefulness of integrating problem solving and social competence training into school curricula.
