Annotation

This paper concentrates on adult caretakers' pragmatic strategies in their metadiscursive and conversational reactions to children's early morphological productions in respectively French, German, and Lithuanian, emphasizing in particular repetitions and their pragmatic functions. The caretakers' pragmatic strategies appear to be quite similar in quality and quantity.
