Drawing upon Giles, Bourhis, and Taylor (1977)'s vitality taxonomie, this questionnaire-based analysis of the subjective vitality perceptions of Welsh language and culture in the Argentinian Chubut Province, reveals positive trends related to informants' affiliation to the Welsh community, oral Welsh fluency, and location. Some important differences appear according to age and region.
