Annotation

This study explores the nature of the objections towards one of the most complained-about television programs in British television history, " Paedogeddon" (2001), a mock-documentary on British media treatment of child sex offenders, as played out in the British national press. Three themes are identified: aesthetic arguments; moral and ethical arguments; and implications of ministerial intervention.
