Annotation

This ethnographic study discusses contemporary Hopi youth's "affective enculturation", even without a (high) proficiency in the heritage language, via active participation in the Hopi world. Youth commitment to Hopi language competence nevertheless provides hope for Hopi (re)acquisition among all generations.
