Annotation

The Kenyan constitutional review process, allowing draft participation expressed in Kenyan languages, resulted in a version advocating state power decentralisation, accountability and governance participation. The paper argues that there are dialectic connections between linguistic exclusion and/or inclusion and the exclusiveness and/or inclusiveness of macro-governance structures in society.
