This study explores how different centrality measures in workplace friendship networks relate to job satisfaction in a Korean construction company. Whilst e.g. measured as closeness, friendship network centrality was positively linked to job satisfaction, yet measured as betweenness and degree, it did not relate to job satisfaction.
